BANQUET MARCH 28TH 2009 !!!!!

The UCE 17th Anniversary banquet is upon us. It will be March 28th in Louisville, KY. The location as you should know by now is the Executive West Hotel, which has recently gone thru a 20 million dollar renovation to become the Crown Plaza Hotel. There is a room block set aside for March 27th and March 28th at a rate of $109.00 per night. The ABSOLUTE Deadline to book rooms will be February 14th 2009. If you have not reserved your room by then, you will not be able to attend. The phone number to book the reservation is 800-626-2708. Use the UCE car club 17th Anniversary Banquet to reserve your room and receive the discounted room rate. Please feel free to email me at voodoolounge@tmo.blackberry.net with a head count from your chapter ASAP as well as any problems, issues, or questions as I am willing to assist in any way possible. The headcount should include those that are members and how many tickets you will need for non-member guests. The cost of the additional tickets will be $35.00 per person. Phoenix ‘09 info:
Hotel arrangements for the Lowrider Magazine show in Phoenix, AZ have been made. Thanks to Yvonne of the Phoenix Chapter, she found us a better rate than we’ve had in the past few years. This year we will be staying at the Days Inn, it is located across from the La Quinta where we stayed last year. The rate is $69.95 per night for single bed and $79.95 per night for double bed. The Phoenix Chapter has requested a head count as soon as possible so that they can plan a barbeque for Saturday night. Hotel reservation deadline and car show entry deadline is FEBRUARY 13TH!!!! If you or your members are planning to enter the show I will post a link for the entry form at the bottom of this email. Please remember that Lowrider Events must receive the entry forms by February 13th, not post marked the 13th. See everyone at the show!!!
