The UCE 17th Anniversary banquet is upon us. It will be March 28th in Louisville, KY. The location as you should know by now is the Executive West Hotel, which has recently gone thru a 20 million dollar renovation to become the Crown Plaza Hotel. There is a room block set aside for March 27th and March 28th at a rate of $109.00 per night. The ABSOLUTE Deadline to book rooms will be February 14th 2009. If you have not reserved your room by then, you will not be able to attend. The phone number to book the reservation is 800-626-2708. Use the UCE car club 17th Anniversary Banquet to reserve your room and receive the discounted room rate. The headcount should include those that are members and how many tickets you will need for non-member guests. The cost of the additional tickets will be $35.00 per person.
